Coronavirus/Covid-19 Update

We are now starting to operate a more 'normal' service, but consultations remain strictly by appointment only until further notice.

All clients visiting the practice must please wear a face covering, and maintain a 2 metre distance at all times.
Clients must please phone the practice before attending.

From Monday August 16th, we are changing the way we work as follows:

Consultations

  • These will remain available by pre-booked appointment only. We are not running our drop-in surgeries until further notice.
  • If you would like to accompany your pet, we are allowing one client in per consultation. Any clients entering the practice must wear a face mask, and we ask that you also do so whilst waiting outside.
  • Waiting room capacity is strictly limited to ONE client and their pet(s) owing to the limited space available. Again, face masks must be worn at all times.
  • If the waiting room is occupied, please wait outside.
  • Please respect the staff and maintain a minimum 2m distance at all times.

 

Prescriptions, Food & Medication

  • Please continue to phone ahead to order food and medications. This saves time when collecting and ensures we have items available and in stock.

Payments

  • All payments are to be made by card where possible.

The contactless limit is £45 by card, or higher via Apple Pay, Google Pay or similar.
